Dr Lidia Kostikova is member of the International Academy of Pedagogical Education (Moscow) and of Cultnet (Durham University), Honorary Worker of Higher Education and Honorary Professor of Yesenin Ryazan State University. She has been academic advisor to four successful PhD students. She has some 200 publications on multicultural education and cross-cultural communication, as well as Scopus/WoS indexed papers. Her h-index in RSCI is 18. She has been awarded with letters of commendation from the State Duma of Russia, from the Russian Ministry of Education and from Ryazan Region Administration, as well as with an award “For Contribution to University Development”, Selivanov Award, and several diplomas form the International Academy of Pedagogical Education.
